OBRELA’s invests, trains and develops highly skilled security analysts who can ensure continuous security monitoring and provision of all necessary information and insights around a humanly verified incident, as well as guidelines/ recommendations on its handling.
OBRELA provides continuous and uninterrupted operations security and situational awareness through a grid of global Resilience Operation Centers (ROCs).
Our ROCs in Europe and Middle East are purpose-built to operate 24/7/365, capable to withstand regional physical disasters and equipped with the latest technology to provide resilience.
The service level includes real-time security monitoring including analysis and validation of the alerts, their interpretation to meaningful and actionable information and escalation based on mutually agreed RoE.
Security events and alerts are analyzed and manually validated by certified Analysts and escalated to the Customer subject to the corresponding severity level.
Accreditations
OBRELA will investigate and respond to any enterprise-wide intrusions, breaches or events which cannot be safely managed by the existing Client security team.
Advanced CSIRT provides support and guidance to its constituency including external parties i.e. SOC or ad-hoc clients and Obrela Security Industries itself, for the mitigation/containment of any security incident that may occur.
This may include technical assistance in any of the following fields:
• Interpretation of the data collected by the data collection layers
• Guidance on the actions needed to contain incident and eradicate the threat
• Guidance for recovery actions if that is necessary
• Documentation on the investigation of the root-cause
